1. Who we are
Psychosystemology is a project of Frederico Vaz Guimarães Abrahão, based in São Paulo/SP, Brazil. For the purposes of this policy, we are the controller of the personal data we collect.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when you contact us via WhatsApp, email or forms: name, email and phone number. We do not collect sensitive data without explicit consent.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your contact, assess your fit for the PSL process and, where applicable, to conduct the follow-up. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis (LGPD)
Data processing is carried out on the basis of consent (Art. 7, I) and of legitimate interest in carrying out the follow-up process (Art. 7, IX) in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018.
5. Storage and security
Your data is stored in secure systems with restricted access. We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.
6. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you have the right to: access, correct or delete your data; withdraw consent; request portability; and file a complaint with the ANPD. To exercise these rights, contact us at psicosistemologia@gmail.com.
