At PSL, the work does not happen in isolated meetings. It happens in a structured journey, where each stage reveals, organizes and integrates parts of your experience.
The Process
The PSL process unfolds in progressive symbolic journeys - from Seed to Fruit. Each stage is designed to favor reconnection with the place of origin, understood not as an idealized past, but as a point of existential coherence.
These stages respect the body's timing, the intelligence of the nervous system and the psychic maturation of the person.
Whoever is focused on the timeline is still focused on the symptom. PSL does not define how long it takes. Because the time of the process is not the time of expectation.
Insight does not close a pattern. A sustained process does.
The Four Stages
Perceive
The pattern begins to become visible. It is not about understanding its origin. It is about recognizing the way it repeats in the body, in relationships, in decisions.
Name
The pattern receives a precise name. Not a diagnosis, but a naming of what the person recognizes before processing it rationally.
Sustain
The change begins to settle in - not through effort, but through reorganization of the field. This takes time. And that time is respected.
Reorganize
Bonds, decisions and responses begin to operate from a different place. Not because the person tried harder, but because the level that organizes was touched.
The Journey from Seed to Fruit
Seed
The field has not yet moved. The person carries the pattern without recognizing it.
Root
The contact with what lies beneath. The system begins to be read.
Sprout
Something emerges. Still fragile, still unnamed - but already visible.
Trunk
The structure begins to organize itself. The field gains consistency.
Branch
The person begins to move with more freedom within the field.
Bloom
The reorganization becomes perceptible to the external relational field.
Fruit
The process sustains a different position in one's own life.
Harvest
What was planted, sustained and lived through reaches maturity.
The Support Ecosystem
