The Assistive System
The process doesn't have to wait for the next session.
Arami is the system that accompanies the bearer between sessions - without replacing the clinical work, without offering a diagnosis, without promising a result.
What Arami is
Arami is a digital assistive system created to extend the PSL field beyond clinical sessions.
It is not a meditation app. It is not a self-help platform. It is not a therapeutic AI. It is a system designed for the bearer who is already in process - and who wants to keep the field active between sessions.
Disclaimer: Arami does not offer diagnosis, treatment, or clinical counseling. It is a non-clinical assistive system, developed as support for the PSL process and not as a replacement for therapeutic care.
What Arami does
Arami sustains the continuity of the PSL field in different ways:
Records
records that follow the reorganization of the process over time
Practices
practices that help the bearer integrate what is being worked through
Articles
curated content that helps name what is being lived
Presence
presence between sessions - no urgency, no aggressive notifications
The field keeps organizing itself between sessions. Arami accompanies that movement.
Who it is for
Arami is for those who are already on a PSL Journey. It does not work as an entry point into the method - it works as an extension of the process that has already begun.
If you are not yet in process and arrived here out of curiosity: follow the articles first. The field organizes itself before the entrance.
